All the points as per agenda were discussed. PE Aniruddha Bhave had resigned from the post of President Elect for RY 26-27, hence Rtn Achyut Damle had requested Rtn Uma Vaidya to accept the post. This proposal was discussed in BOD. Rtn Uma had some conditions before agreeing to accept the post. BOD unanimously accepted all the conditions laid down by her. Rtn Uma was elected the PE for RY 26-27. However, considering the fragile state of the Club, Rtn Uma decided not change the exisiting BOD chosen by Rtn Anniruddha Bhave (although it was formed against Club Constitution). The BOD concluded with Happy Hours & Dinner sponsored by Rtn Ajay Kelkar & Rtn Parag Pejaver.
